Crossbow
The crossbow was an upgraded version of the bow and arrow. The ancient Chinese thought about a faster way to shoot arrows and still do the same damage. the Chinese inventors were tested for a long time on this project until they came up with the idea of the crossbow, which was really just wooden bow and arrow with a trigger to release. The Chinese kept improving the crossbow until the next best version of it was created. Now instead a single shot the crossbow would hold more than one arrow in a holder and after the first arrow was shot you would pull the leaver and the second would be ready to fire.
